Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run our business and respond to you. That includes:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email, company, and the project details you send us.
- Analytics data: page views, general location, and device type, gathered through standard logs.
- Cookies: see the cookies and tracking section below for detail.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you have asked us to quote or build, and improve this website.
- Respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes.
- Deliver, support, and invoice the services you engage us for.
- Improve how this website performs.
- Send occasional updates, only if you have opted in, and you can opt out anytime.
Data sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to operate:
- Service providers: hosting, analytics, and email tools that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal disclosure: only where we are required to by law or valid legal process.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies that are needed for the site to function, and analytics cookies that you can decline. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to keep risk low we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where it applies to you, you can:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data.
- Object to certain processing of your data.
Rights differ by jurisdiction, and our clients may span several countries, so this section in particular is pending legal review.
Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, typically for the duration of our relationship plus a reasonable period for records and accounting.
International transfers
We are based in Dubai and may process data with providers whose cloud regions sit outside the UAE. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it stays protected to a comparable standard.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
